He was born in Oak Harbor , Ohio in 1957 and is a graduate of Brown University (BA, 1979) and Case Western University School of Law (JD, 1982). He represents many real estate developers and many families in estate planning matters, including transition of closely held businesses, multigenerational wealth transfers, family limited partnerships, wills, and trusts. He has extensive experience in corporate acquisitions and financing; municipal bond financing; real estate acquisition, financing, zoning and leasing and development of retail, commercial, industrial and residential properties. Mr. Konieczny is AV rated by Martindale- Hubbell and has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America .
