Gregg A. Peppel , practices primarily in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Insurance Litigation and Corporate Law. Gregg was born in Marquette , Michigan in 1971 and is a graduate of the University of Toledo (BA, cum laude, 1993; JD, cum laude, 1999). He served as Managing Editor for the University of Toledo Law Review, 1998-1999, and received the Dean's Award for the College of Law in 1999.
Gregg has successfully litigated complex commercial and insurance defense matters in the state and federal courts of Ohio and Michigan . He also stays active in state and national litigation and corporate law organizations.
Gregg is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys; and the American, Ohio State , Michigan State and Toledo Bar Associations, and is a peer selected member of Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars. |
